Brady got his first bath last night.. along with the help of about 400 little mother hen hands. right before heading out the door for his 2 week check up at the pediatrician I noticed his belly button had finally fallen off- this is always like a mini milestone to me/us
a baby's first bath!
I'll never forget Jolie and Parker's first bath- Jordan was terrified to hold them in the water so I pretty much did it by myself. baths took about an hour to do for both of them when it was all said and done.. being able to bathe them at the same time was a game changer!
Baker screamed through the entire thing only to be silenced by Parker when she unknowingly dumped about a half a cup of water over her face/head.
that might have been my first freak out with three kids.
Brady, on the other hand, loved it.. for the most part. the warm water spilling over his baby head and a sudsy rubdown from his three older sisters, this was definitely a family affair and something the girls have continued to chatter on about! it seemed chaotic and crazy in the moment but looking back at these pictures it was like a luxurious little spa date for our handsome man!
I can never repay Brittany for her talented hand in capturing these special moments with our family. she's taken thousands of images of me, Jordan and the kids. such an amazing friend and sister, not to mention that my girls absolutely adore her.. bonus for me.. she happens to be awesome behind the camera.

What's the bralette your wearing? Nursing friendly? Super cute!
Its actually from Target! The "cut out strappy bralette" isn't padded or have nursing hooks, but it is very stretchy and has adjustable straps! I didn't have a problem wearing it while nursing:)
Gosh the love for that little boy is so apparent in these pictures!
I love this post so much. This bath time is so special because not just you but everybody participated. Just so much love.

Thanks Amber, I'll have to go check it out.
